Purify, Ground, Breathe and Transform

Many clients have recently shared that they have had the urge to clean out closets, kitchen cabinets, clear the garage, weed the garden and even purge their address book. Our inner wisdom guides us if we listen. This time, between the full moon, August 7, and the new moon and solar eclipse, August 21, we are asked to purify, cleanse and focus on our gifts, our passion, and our purpose. Indigenous cultures see this time as an opening to transformation, a time to view the bigger picture, lighten our emotional baggage, focus on our gifts and step into our power. Breathe in love and release that love into the world. Be the eye of the storm: remain calm, centered and grounded. Make friends with change; it’s the only constant.
